To register for the programme, you will be asked to upload the No Objection Certificate (NOC) in the MMC Portal (Download NOC format).
If you are still awaiting for the NOC from your institution, you can upload an Undertaking as a temporary substitute (Download the Undertaking here); you may then upload your Nomination Letter later when you receive it from your institution.
